Santa is coming!

Actually, lots of Santas … The 20th-Annual Running of the Santas returns to Philly Dec. 9 for two huge holiday-themed parties.

Thousands of Santa-clad partiers are expected to attend the festivities, held at Electric Factory and Field House, both about 1.5 miles from your Dalian on the Park apartment.

So what’s the holiday hoopla all about?

Essentially, partying! The two venues feature indoor and outdoor spaces, where crowds pack in for music, food and drinks, dancing and more.

Running of the Santas encourages locals to dress in their best holiday gear, so Santa hats, elf ears and ugly Christmas sweaters abound. With about 8,000 partiers expected to turn out between the two locations, the festive fun is sure to get you in the holiday spirit.

Speaking of spirits … Each venue features tons of drink specials, such as $4 Yuenglings at both and $5 Jim Bean drinks at Electric Factory.

Drinking and dancing are best with live music, and Running of the Santas delivers. Secret Service Band gets the party started at Field House, and more than a dozen performers, including Split Decision, take the main stage at Electric Factory throughout the day.

There are lots of ways to enjoy the party. Grab tickets just for the Electric Factory (billed as North Pole) or get an all-inclusive pass that will also get you into the Field House party (South Pole). Several different VIP packages include drink specials and front-row access to the stage. If you’re going with a big crew, book a cabana or the premium package, which features a four-hour, top-shelf open bar.

Running of the Santas is the hottest holiday ticket in town, so break out your Santa suit and get ready to party!
